Add icons to share individual posts on my blog

Hi,

I have been playing around with the wonderful Verbosa theme for a couple of days. I can´t figure out if it is possible to add a “Share this post on Facebook/other media” icon under each post. Same location as category and comment option under each individual post. I read about the options for the menu, but I´m looking for: “Uhhh … that particular post was interesting. I´ll share this with my friends and perhaps the world.” 😉
