This is probably going to sound dumb, but I can’t get the slider to work. I have two of my own images and one of the default images in the que if I can just figure out how to activate it.

I have a second question. I thought there was a gallery that came with the theme, is this correct?

the slider works with the_post_thumbnail of the posts, it takes at least 3 blogs with each time an the_post_thumbnail.
