remove commenting

    OK, I’m having trouble removing commenting from all pages. I’ve tried removing commenting from the discussion setting. I’ve tried removing the php files related to commenting. I’m stuck.

    Help.

    Hi Angela

    Have you tried disabling comments in both these ways?

    From your WordPress dashboard
    1. Navigate to the specific page that has the comment option enabled, hit edit, scroll down to the bottom of the page (beneath the SEO) and uncheck Allow Comments

    2. Navigate to the all pages screen, and select Quick Edit for each affected page and uncheck the option in there for Allow Comments.
