Move from Sub Domain to Main Domain

    I am using Tempera 1.2.2 and I created my website in a subdomain and I am now trying to move it to the main domain. When we move it all the formatting (fonts and things) get messed up. My hosting company is saying that it is something in the Tempera template. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is there a step I am missing? Thanks
