Mobile Version Menus Glitchy

Greetings,

My menu of my mobile version of my website is being glitchy. I am using a cookies app called cookiebot, and when that is active on my website the theme menu is glitchy. I believe its a bug with the theme as it pertains the cookiebot plugin. Please advise as to the fix. This is happening on android and Ios devices. My website URL is https://jamescpinfo.org. I do have a firewall to block countries outside of the USA so if tech support is outside of the USA please let me know so I can turn off the firewall temporarily. Thank you
