Right now if I click on the site title it links to the Home Page. I need to make it plain text, not a link at all.
How can I go about that?

I have the same question as you have. Want to make the highest level of my menu structure just a title, so no link behind. Do you have a solution found already. Someone else in this forum here who can help?

@Jason To remove the link from the Site title add this to the Custom CSS area:#site-title span a {
cursor: default;
pointer-events: none;
}@Chreste if you want to remove links from the menu, when creating a menu http://www.cryoutcreations.eu/wordpress-themes/wordpress-tutorials/how-to-use-a-custom-menu-in-your-wordpress-website leave the href field empty.
