How to zip Tempera with custom settings

Hello,

I have a heavily customized tempera with most of them done through the theme options. I zipped up the theme to move onto another site, but it didn’t keep any of the settings from theme options. I am wondering how I can extract it to another wordpress site with all the settings from the theme options.
