Custom Slider links open in new tab

I am working on this bands website and placing reviews in the presentation page sliders. I’d like for when people click on the images it opens to a new tab so they can read the full reviews from these other sites. Is this possible? Also, thanks for the great template the band is extremely pleased with the look and how fast i am able to make changes and present their music! — James
