Can Sliders stop after one go round?

    I wonder if there is a way to have the sliders go through their full course just once and then stop?

    Have you seen the recently updated Gold Slider? It slides 4/7/10 posts then it stops. http://codecanyon.net/item/wordpress-gold-slider/3459454
