wooCommerce & Buddypress

Are your themes, particularly Tempera, compatible with woo commerce and/or buddypress.

I ask as I am having a few issues with woo commerce (Tempera is showing search and all pages on the shop page, other themes do not) because if it’s not, then there is no point persevering with tempera.
If it isn’t is it hard to make it woo commerce and buddypress compatable? (A big market for you if it is, as most free themes for woocommerce are pretty ordinary — maybe something to think about for your next theme??)
