Secondary Menu

Hey guys,

I LOVE the Tempera theme, it’s been really easy to use, stable, fast to load, and great all around. My only suggestion is to add a secondary menu capability below the primary menu under the header. This would allow for a more streamlined look for sites like mine that have a lot of categories going on.
