Cryout Column in Sidebar support

    I would like to place a single “Cryout Column” in my right sidebar and when I do the hover effect covers the entire screen instead of just the image for the Cryout Column. I do not know it this is a bug or a missing feature. But can this easily be fixed with CSS?
