After the last update and I activated the Cryout Theme Setting plugin, my front page got blank. After tips in this forum, I changed “Front page displays” to “Your Latest Posts” and this got it back (my statick front page). But the home tab still just show a blank page! How can I get the home tab to show my static front page as it did before the update?
February 3rd, 2016 at 02:51 #35468MahaloMarlinWe have the same issue with a Tempera site. No one touched the settings, but suddenly the Home page is blank, instead of the images and posts that were there before.
February 3rd, 2016 at 02:55 #35469MahaloMarlinWe had the same trouble, but in Tempera. Zed’s post of 1/30 solved it for us. In short:
“If you have a static page set as the homepage, after the update WordPress will display that instead of the presentation page. To re-enable the presentation page, the Frontpage displays option (under Settings > Reading) need to be set to Your latest posts.”

You will need to correct it to point to the correct home location.” How do I do this?
