I update my WordPress to the last version today, WordPress 4.4 and since then I can not see the tempera setting page. When is an update for Tempera Theme coming?
You just need to install the Cryout Serious Theme Settings plugin.

With cryout serious theme it’s ok for the tempera setting page but now i have Fatal error: Cannot call overloaded function for non-object in /home/eric/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp.php on line 567.
I called the server, they said that cryout have to update for 4.4 …Eric, we have tested Tempera with 4.4 and beside the missing settings issue (which can be corrected with the settings plugin) we have not encountered an error such as yours.
Unfortunately, overload errors do not clearly indicate the file containing the problematic code, so this could be anywhere in your WordPress installation (the theme or any of the plugins).

The plugin is INACTIVE.”Eydie, you renamed your theme folder. The plugin only activates when the (parent) theme is called “tempera”.
