Hi guys,
I have been using Cryout for a year now and it is awesome.
I do have a SEO problem since the last update though:
Changing my frontpage design to presentation page in the past, I kept my old home page (and 3 stanslated home pages). I had title and description implemented on the home pages, in the Yoast extension. I was able to choose static frontpage -> Home, while enabling presentation page would override the home page. This enabled me to edit my title and description to each frontpage language.
Since last update, the only way to present my presentation page is to chose Frontpage -> Your latest post.
Presentation page works well but I can not edit my title and description for my front pages anymore.
Is there any way to be able to use presentation page while choosing static page for my front page?
Thanks ahead.January 30th, 2016 at 22:23 #35402ZedCryout Creations mastermindYoast’s SEO field for the homepage (this includes the default WordPress homepage that the presentation page replaces) are located separately, in the Homepage section under Titles & Metas.
However I am not sure how this works with multilanguage plugins.

Thanks for your answer.
Yes I do use Titles & Metas but there is no option for multi language there.
My original question was: Is there any way to be able to use presentation page while choosing static page for my front page? WordPress theme review guidelines explicitly state a theme must display the static page if set.

It is the most important pages on most users websites and having a duplicate title and description is not a good practice. It is bad for user experience when the get our translated page on Google search result with an English title and description.February 27th, 2016 at 13:57 #35784ZedCryout Creations mastermindThe homepage title is defined in WordPress’ general options and multi-language plugins should handle that.
A meta description field does not exist in WordPress by default so the plugin adding it should also provide support for multi-language plugins as well.We have no way of controlling these at theme level without interfering with WordPress functionality.
But from what I see your site title is already localized based on language. What Google grabs from you, though, is a matter of which is the default language or which IP / browser agent info they crawl with (if you use some more advanced language guessing rules).
