spaces at right on safari and some android

Hi,

Great theme!
I have 2 questions/problems:

1. my site looks good but on Safari (IPAD) and some 5.5Inch Android (high resolution) I can swipe the screen far far to the right until there is only white screen. the site is pushed the left. how can I prevent this from happen? i don’t have the problem on Nexus 5, Iphone 4 etc..

2. in responsive layout, is there anyway to have 2 columns on presentation page? new devices have good resolution and I want the responsive to re-size the columns a bit more to have 2 columns in a row and not just 1.
