Settings page and presentation slides not opening

    Please help! They were working yesterday, and then suddenly stopped. I cannot make needed changes to the website.

    the same problem happened after update WordPress to 4.4, please help.

    Are the settings page section titles present and not opening (on click) or entirely missing?
