Cryout Column stoping work!

    I have 2 servers that host the same files (they are tests), however on my second server the “Cryout Column” just does not work, it adds no picture, I’ve tried everything but no use, I do not know what to do.

    I recorded this video to better illustrate the problem.

    How are the columns set up (widgets or post based)?
    Do you have any plugins that are active only on the problematic site?
    Do you have custom content in the text areas above the columns? Is the content on the problematic site different than on the working one?
