Cryout column fields not accepting data

    I’m trying to add 3 images to 3 Cryout columns and have found that when I select the image from the library and add the title and text fields after clicking save the fields clear and nothing is added. The images are the correct size. I’ve carried out this many times before on other sites without any problems. I checked the Cryout column tutorial and followed instructions to no avail.

    What do you suggest I do?

    Please ignore my message above.
    problem has resolved itself overnight.
    It seems to have been a server problem with hosting company.

    I’m having exactly the same problem. How can I find out if the same is true for my hosting company?

    I’d check first with your hosting company to see if any maintenance/outages were occuring during the period you were working on the site.

    As I said, the problem resolved itself overnight, so I didn’t really need to do anything.

    Thanks, it sorted itself out for me as well.
    Very frustrating though.
