    define('WPLANG','ru_RU');
    but tempera not translated to russian!!!

    Not installed Russian language!

    You should use WordPress’ new language selector under the General settings. The wp-config.php language definition is deprecated!

    Based on this percentage, the Russian translation should be automatically provided as an update once you switch your WordPress’ language. (Re)Check availability under Dashboard > Update.
