Header images in mobile view pixelated

Hi,

I’m a beginner blogger and have a problem with the header images in mobile view. When I access the blog via browser e.g. Safari on my iPhone, the header images are perfect but when I access the blog via Facebook or Instagram app (through a link), it seems that the header images I see are just a very small zoomed-in section of the actual header image. For example, instead of seeing an image of a sunset, I see a very pixelated zoomed-in corner of the same photo.

Is there a way to fix this?
