Hi.
The header image will not change. It just stays the same. Also is there a way to make it so the header image no longer has the dark filter over it? thanks.You probably want to change the landing page static image. You can change that from the Customizer >> Landing Page >> Slider.
You can change the filter from the Colors settings found in the Customizer as well.
