Remove Page Buttons

    Hi,
    Regarding Parabola
    I only use a single page on my website, so I would like to remove the page buttons underneath the header (titled Home and Test Page) in the picture. I would also like to remove the page menu bar that appears on the scaled website (viewed on my phone).
    I have circled in red what I wish to remove.

    I think this piece of code in header.php controls that:

    <nav id=”access” role=”navigation”>
    <?php cryout_access_hook();?>
    </nav><!– #access –>

    Thanks Walt,
    I deleted those lines, it took the buttons away on a desktop and iPad scale, however the menu bar still appears on a phone.
