Presentation page columns on a Blog page? Or continued blog on the pres page?

Hi there – another question, I’m just getting the feel of this theme and liking it more as I go. I’d like to have the presentation style page as I have it now with no slider, 3 columns for featured work and magazine style. I can do this, of course (setting slider no. of posts to 0 to get rid it) but it then gives me a limit on the number of posts I can have on the presentation page. I could put a stupidly high number for the ‘Show posts on presentation page’ box but what I’d really like is to have the presentation page as my blog, so it continues with an ‘Older posts’ button at the bottom as it would normally. Is this possible? Or, can I somehow put presentation page columns on my blog page?
