Blog links not working when posting via social media

    Created the Blog page (as suggested created blank page with blog template), added blog template on menu, when wrote post, this appeared under the blog page. Excellent.
    HOWEVER, when I published the post, it automatically went out on social media links – twitter, facebook, google+ – but when clicking the link on that social media post, it says content not found.
    I clicked on the title within the BLOG page for the post and it said, can not find.
    HELP…..
