I know the sidebar doesn’t work with the presentation page. However, displaying post categories is extremely important for me to put on the homepage. Is there a way to do some alternative trick? Perhaps there’s a way to show widgets on the presentation page?
I’d like to know about this too. I would dearly love to have a sidebar area with widgets display on the presenation page (right now that’s my home page). Any work-arounds for this?
A different theme is your alternative. …and reading about a themes functionality before you install.
