I have 2 issues trying to delete or move social media buttons

There is an option to put social media buttons on various part of your home page in WordPress. I chose to put them up top but I have decided now that I want them at the bottom. when I go to Parabola settings and uncheck the box for having at the header they go away as planned. But when I check the box to have them in the footer, nothing happens so they don’t show anywhere.

I also made my own social media buttons which I displayed at the bottom. I have to first save pics of each button into the image library and then copy the link in the parabola settings under the proper social media button. However I now want to get rid of them. I have delete the pics from the library but when I clear them from the parabola settings, they still appear on the home page. What to do?
