Can't change some Parabola settings

I currently have social media buttons on the top of my home page. I unchecked that button and checked the button for putting them on the bottom but nothing changed. I also have my own homemade social media buttons at the bottom. I went to settings and deleted the links as well as the pics in the media library and they still appear. I also have a pic on my home page that when you click it, goes to another page on the site. I deleted that link and put in another link but it won’t change. it goes to the old link. I have updated to the latest version. Can someone help?
