"Letter Spacing" absent from settings but present in .po file.

    I’m trying to (partially) translate the theme into my native tongue and have encountered this.
    The “Letter Spacing” setting is present as an item in the table of the .po file provided in the languages directory.
    Yet this setting is absent from the actual Text Settings menu. Maybe it SHOULD be there? Could be of use.
