Blue Question Mark by Header

    My website had some image files go missing recently, including the header. In the place of the missing image files were blue boxes with white question marks. I replaced the images, but now my header shows the blue box with white question mark (linked to the missing file) AND the new header image. Anyone know how to fix this?
