I seem to be missing something. The only option I have for the search location is the Top Menu, I don’t currently have a top menu. Is there a way I can stick it in Primary Navigation?

No, you are not missing anything. A searchbar option for the other menus will be implemented in future updates. We’re working on it as we speak 😉
