Presentation Page Slider

Hello,

Is it possible to prevent the Presentation Page slider from resizing? It makes the text move up and down as you are trying to read it.

Also, I have three featured posts that appear in my slider and I have a Blog Posts Page. If I set the featured image to the correct size for the slider the Blog Posts page looks terrible because there is a massive image. If I set it small so that the Blog Posts page has thumbnails the slider looks rubbish. How can I get round this?
