Post title/meta on presentation page and category list

I have enabled the nirvana setting PRESENTATION PAGE > SHOW POSTS ON PRESENTATION PAGE > ENABLED however I notice that the section on the presentation page is just showing the featured image and the excerpt text but not the post title and meta details ? This is the same when viewing category lists :

I have disabled the page titles in GRAPHICS SETTINGS > PAGE TITLES however turning this off/on doesn’t seem to affect the appearance of the posts shown on the presentation page.

If I manually add the titles into the post with a <h1> tag then they are shown but not formatted on the presentation page, and the title is duplicated in the single page view.

How can I get the title and meta descriptions back on the category/presentation view for posts (not pages) ?
