I purchased Priority Support, and now I’d like to create a Support Ticket.
I created a website two years ago using Nirvana 1.0 and created a Child Theme.
I haven’t touched the site since, and now, it is not displaying correctly on iphone/iPad, because it is not compatible with WordPress any longer.
I am nervous about updating the theme and whatever else I need to do to fix the site, as it’s been a long time, and I am not clear on how to do it (I have read the instructions, but for example, I’m not sure WHICH file in the Themes folder to update….I know this sounds simplistic, but again, it’s been a long time!); that is why I purchased and would like Priority Support to help me through it.
HOW DO I CREATE A PRIORITY SUPPORT TICKET?
When I click on the link to “Create a Support Ticket” it just takes me to my Account page.
I do have the receipt for purchasing Priority Support.
What am I not getting??
