I notice I cannot edit menu items as the WP editor of Menus is greyed out. All I want to do is a) reorganise menus items in the menu bar without having to delete pages and add them in a certain order. In WP and other themes it is possible to reorganise their position. b) Remove Menu sub items or hide them. I have pages that I want to publish but not have them in the Menu, it is not possible to do this as it is most annoying.
I have tried to refrain from asking silly questions and work things out for myself but I cannot find any option anywhere in this theme. It is a good theme but I am seriously thinking of dumping it as I cannot take control and change simple items without a fight; editing php or css. The theme was requested by my friend as his current site written by an other organisation (who refuse to give him back access or update content) so I have ripped their content and am rebuilding the site which will be published under a different host once he legally gets his host name back.
You cannot see the site as it is only internally accessible at the moment. Thanks

Menu administration is done under Appearance > Menus or from the Menus panel in the customizer interface. If you like our creations, help us share by rating them on WordPress.org.

See my original request above:From the theme customiser. Like in my post I stated there is no way to do what I want without resorting to changing php and css.
