Full width Header in a boxed layout?

    I want a full width header in a boxed layout so I can have a tiled horizontally, left aligned, fixed gradient on the background. I Do Not want to create a full background including the header because it slows down the page loading time.
    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    Did you find any answer to that issue ? I’m curious since I have a quite similar question : I’m tryin to get a full width header but dont manage to do it.
