Featured Image on Posts Page

    I have enabled featured images to be displayed in the header and it works on every page except the posts’ page. My post page has post summaries listed and I have a featured image selected, but the header image is blank. It looks very out of place with the rest of the site displaying an image. Is there a way to fix this?

    Does the posts page have a featured image set?

    Yes it does, I removed and replaced it a few times to check.

    I have now tried just switching to category few, added and removed the page, but no luck. This is the last thing before the site goes live, so I was hoping it could be a simple fix without having to change themes.
