Featured Blog Page Image

Hello,

I have a dedicated blog page that I’ve set as the blog template for all blog posts to populate on. Before making it a blog template page, I had a featured image (and the same image uploaded in the body as well) in place that displayed with it was default template. Now that I’ve changed the page template, the blog post excerpts are populating but featured image is now gone.

How do I get the picture to stay and have the blog posts populate under it?
