Columns Title change depending on language

    Hello,
    I’ve got a bilingual website. My default language is English and the other one being Italian.
    How can I change Columns Title, set in Presentation Page setting, in order to display it correctly depending on the language?
    Ex: the Column Title I set is “Galleries” and it displays this way both in English and Italian. How can I display it as “Gallerie” when selected language is Italian?
