Post separater for article list pages

I haven’t seen this on other themes, so it might be interesting to see in Nirvana: a graphical image separator for a blog layout to visually separate posts.

I have seen on Word Press’ Forums there’s a way to do that by editing some index and css setting (but I don’t want to do it. I’m not lazy, I just don’t want to break stuff and to be honest I can do that really easy).
