modern landing page features?

Hi guys,

I personally love the design of Nirvana still the most, also the functionality is still awesome. But there are some really cool new landing page features in your latest themes. I wonder if you could “backport” them to the older themes, like Nirvana as well?

This is what I miss most about Nirvana:

1. the Article Animation on Scroll (Fade, Slide, Grow)
2. A more adaptable landing page with Icon Blocks, and two Featured Boxes instead of just one? Like seen in your blog: How to use the Landing Page feature in our themes

If this is not the case, can you suggest a way to get a second set of Featured Boxes into one of Nirvana’s Text Areas to show something like recent post from a certain category?

Would that be something that is covered by premium support?
