Top menu not showing

    I created menus and then went to look for them. The footer menu works, but does not have pop-out sub pages. The top menu is not visible at all.

    Top menu is part of the top bar (you need to enable it first).
    Neither the top menu nor the footer menu are designed to display sub-menu items.
