Text Aeras issue

    Hi

    I’m a user of Nirvana on a website (Tempera on others) I really like your themes, for me they’re the best! keep going on guys!!!

    I have an issue with the text areas, I can’t get rid of them, when I delete all the text, nothing happend, the original text come back, so I have to put something as a replacement, but I don’t want/need those areas on the website, so how can I get rid of them?

    I cannot confirm this issue. Saving those fields as empty works fine on my test site.

    Try disabling plugins if you have any active or try a different browser.

    Thanks for replying, I tried on other browsers (FireFox, Internet Explorer 11, Opera,…) but no results, I diseabled plugins installed also no results, but I discovered that the Settings’ plugins is ourdated, I tried to update it but here’s what happend

    Updating failed

    There is a way to update it manually?

    Problem not solved yet, but after a lots of researches, I discovered that’s not a theme or wordpress issue, but It comes from the server, so I opened a support ticket.
