Hello,
My social media icons are not displaying.
Have tried changing locations. I am trying to get them to display in the topbar, and on both the right and left side.
Have tried disabling all plugins to try and find a conflict but had no luck.
Not sure what else to try – any help would be much appreciated. Many Thanks in advance.

September 26th, 2017 at 17:40 #54403ZedCryout Creations mastermindI see you also have some socials-related functionality enabled in Jetpack.
Are you trying to use the feature out of Jetpack or the theme?
Do the desired social icons have titles and links set in the theme settings? If you like our creations, help us share by rating them on WordPress.org.

Thanks for getting back to me.
Yes, the Jetpack settings are set to allow people to share the posts etc.
I am trying to get the social icons on the left side of the screen and in the topbar. Have tried that from within the theme settings. Yes, titles and links all set.
It was working prevuiusly. In truth, I cannot honestly say at what point it stopped. Figured I could find the issue by disabling the plugins one at a time… but nothing came up.
Any ideas?
Many Thanks.

October 22nd, 2017 at 14:55 #55116ZedCryout Creations mastermindYou have quite a few active plugins. As the theme options are set correctly, my assumption is still that one of the plugins is interfering in some way.
There’s also caching involved – did you also clear the cache when you tested with the plugins disabled? Did you disable all the plugins at once or sequentially?

When I tried, I diabled each plugin in turn. But no, I didnt clear the cache each time. I will try again but with doing that and see what happens.
Will let you know.
Thanks
IanOctober 28th, 2017 at 23:48 #55349ZedCryout Creations mastermindI suggest trying with all of them disabled at once (and cache cleared).
