Presentation Page Cryout Columns Not Displaying Properly

As of a few days ago the columns stopped displaying horizontally and instead only displayed stacked on top of one another.
I don’t recall changing anything to create this effect and I’d really like to return my homepage back to how it looked.

Currently, the images in the middle only display stacked on one another (vertically). How can I return them to the way they used to be?
