Dear Support Team,
I am having a website designed in Nirvana theme. Website name: http://www.mp28.org I have updated the latest version of it & I am unable to access the nirvana settings features inside the dashboard. Please help me out.

After the Nirvana update the theme settings page is not working.
I have installed the Cryout serious theme settings plugin and it still is not working.
I am on Chrome and have tried internet explorer too, it is still the same issue.
I need to access the presentation slider more than anything.
Please give further advice.I followed the instructions in the linked announcements, installing and enabling the Cyrout Serious Theme Settings plugin. I even get the message: “Current active (or parent) theme is: Nirvana and you are running WordPress 4.4 or newer. The plugin is active in compatibility mode. Navigate here [link] to configure Nirvana.”
However, when I go to the Nirvana settings, the settings are not available. All I see if the Nirvana theme logo at the top left and the black buttons: “Reset to defaults” and “Save changes”. The actual settings are missing.
Compatibility mode is not available for Nirvana (we’ll correct this in the plugin). You need to update Nirvana to at least version 1.2 for the plugin to restore the settings successfully.
