mobile view issues

I have opened up a ticket on this but in case anyone can figure this out I would be greatly obliged.

I have a 30 pixel gap appearing between the header image and the menu. I had to close the header height to 139 pixels from 150 pixels and that fixed it on PCs though I shouldn’t have had to do that but on mobile devices its showing 30 pixels and a big black gap.

This occurred over the past 48 hours.
