Jetpack interfering with jquery

    When I activate Jetpack, it interferes with jQuery. The message I get is

    “Nirvana has protected its own page rendering process against 8 incidents! [ Details ]
    Checking jQuery functionality…
    If this message remains visible after the page has loaded then there is a problem with your WordPress jQuery library. This can have several causes, including poorly written plugins. The Nirvana Settings page cannot function without jQuery.”

    Could you suggest a solution in which I dont have to change the coding of the website.

    Jetpack should not cause such an issue. Is Jetpack the only plugin you have enabled at the time?
