Increas left margin on page/post (Nirvana)

    Am I missing a box to increase the left margin of my regular pages and posts? All the other margins on the site are fine, but on the left, the text posts almost on top of the container edge. See picture:

    What did you do to fix this problem? I am changing the “Content Margins left/right” under the Nirvana layout settings, and it makes no difference what I put in there. Thanks for your help!
