Using Mantra with Jigoshop

I’m looking at integrating Mantra & Jigoshop (I know woocommerce has already been addressed but I don’t want to use it). I’ve started by creating a child theme. I have a functions.php to unhook the Jigoshop wrappers content wrappers and replace them with Mantra ones – still experimenting with that 🙂

I wonder if anyone has already done this I can’t find any trace of it -and if anyone has useful advice on the subject.
